Comments: Dented cans were immediately removed from shelf for return to distributor. Hand soap and paper towels were immediately supplied to hand wash sink area. Buckets on floor in walk in were placed up on soda crates to allow proper air circulation around products. Single service items were arranged so bare hand contact of eating end can occur. Food dispensing utensils were cleaned and sanitized and stored directly in food items with handles up out of product. Instruction given to have draft hood cleaned on more frequent basis. Large pot was not to be used until properly cleaned
