Food temperatures were all in proper range including gravy 170 degrees F., meatballs 199 degrees F. and sliced tomatoes 39 degrees F. Operator indicated that floor, wall and ceiling tilesamong other issues listed, will be worked upon when premises is scheduled to close for one week to perform renovations and fix most of items listed. Operator was advised to call office at 518-891-1800 before implementing renovations to ensure proper materials are used on premises.
