Owner turned temperature setting lower and it appears to be functioning at or below 45 degrees approximately 30 minutes later. Owner must monitor unit to ensure proper temperatures are maintained. Turkey in Kelvinator fridge temped at 39 degrees. Owner is considering resurfacing wall behind pizza oven.
