This place is very hard to find, tried 2,3 times to find this place. And there is no big sign board and a proper entrance. It is really confusing the customers. Employees service is good, lot of parking lots available here.

I've got door tag. I couldn't receive daytime so I called customer support and reschedule next day after 6pm. The next day(today), 7:30PM, nobody appeared, and tracking information turn into "Arrived at FedEx location". CS guy said to me yesterday "Yes, Taro. No worries! Rest assured that your package will be delivered after 6PM tomorrow". This is the FedEx user experience. Even such simple promise couldn't be kept.

San Jose drivers don't know how good they have it in this terminal until they go to other FedEx terminals. The management in San Jose is 100% always on. And when a customer needs help they help.

The delivery drivers at this location are complete liars. Let me say that again, the delivery drivers at this FedEx location are liars. How can a package attempt be made when no FedEx delivery truck arrived at the time of the attempt? (Yes, I waited outside waiting for a truck) Good luck trying to receive a delivery from this FedEx location.
